The Stakeholder Groups for the development are as follows;

1. Residents representatives (elected through an election process)
2. Public representatives of the area
3. Dublin City Council
4. Dublin Institute of Technology (DIT) representation
5. DIT Student representation
6. DIT Staff representation
7. Health Service Executive
8. St Brendan’s Hospital staff & service user representation
9. The Minister for Environment, Heritage & Local Government
10. The Minister for Education & Science
11. The Minister for Transport
12. Others which Minister and GDA may consider

No more than 2 members from each of the stakeholder groups.
