Update on Works Along Plot 14 / St Brendan’s Way
We’d like to share a quick update on the ongoing works along Plot 14 and St Brendan’s Way.
Starting Wednesday 8th October 2025, our contractor will be on site to begin removing the existing hoarding and reinstating the original black fence line. These works are expected to continue through to the end of next week, subject to good progress and weather conditions.
To ensure public safety and maintain a secure working zone, temporary Heras fencing will be erected as close as possible to the current hoarding.
Sequence of Works:
- Erect temporary Heras fencing along the full length of the hoarding
- Remove a section of hoarding and replace it with the original black fencing
- Pull the Heras fencing back to the new fence line
- Repeat this process until all hoarding is removed
We appreciate your patience while these improvements are carried out. The space will gradually open up as the works progress, and we’ll continue to keep you updated.
